The food and nutrition laboratory in beacon Light high school is a modern kitchen. A kitchen laboratory is where practical meals are prepared and kitchen equipment are kept.The beacon Light high school food and nutrition/home economics laboratory is designed and equipped with modern facilities,good ventilation,easy to clean floor furnish,double heat expellers,l shape kitchen arrangement with adequate storage and work surfaces for easy movement of students during practicals.
Our laboratory is equipped with all the necessary labor saving devices for students to use during practicals.Beacon Light school has a very high value for skills acquisition and due to the importance of food to the human health our students are taught the art of meal preparation in a conducive and hygienic laboratory.
